The other reviewer was relating his body's reaction to this product not the actual quality of the product. I have been using this for 4 years in one form or another. I noticed that the first thing that happened was my nails became strong and grew like gang busters! That is a reaction to the product that was a plus for me. I went to the Doctor for my last bone scan and my bones have not gotten any worse and even though barely measurable have actually improved slightly. I can not take the other drugs for density improvement due to side effects and this is at least helping me. This product does what it says it does in the least expensive way.
