The other reviewer was relating his body's reaction to this product not the actual quality of the product. I have been using this for 4 years in one form or another. I noticed that the first thing that happened was my nails became strong and grew like gang busters! That is a reaction to the product that was a plus for me. I went to the Doctor for my last bone scan and my bones have not gotten any worse and even though barely measurable have actually improved slightly. I can not take the other drugs for density improvement due to side effects and this is at least helping me. This product does what it says it does in the least expensive way. It is much better than the other calcium products that I have tried and that is a lot of them. I could not be happier.

Excellent calcium sourceI've had problems with aching hips and back trouble. I suppose it can't be proven but I sincerely believe taking Citracal Plus Bone Density Builder has made all the difference! My hips no longer hurt and the back has improved greatly!

Good quality product and packaging but the pills are a bit big.
Quality of product and packaging are great. Pills are a bit big though so if you have trouble swallowing big pills then this one is not for you.
