Natural Calm Magnesium

I have used this product before in the calcium/magnesium blend. It was suppose to be tasteless. It wasn't. It tastes awful. This lemon-raspberry tastes okay and the product is more reactive when the hot water is added.



I was medically advised to take my magnesium in this form because of slipped disks in my back. This is only one piece of my back program however I can attest to the efficacy of the product. My disks are no longer slipped. It has helped me to heal.



A bonus benefit for me is that taking the magnesium in this form has stopped the migraines that I have had for 36 years of my life. I have learned that if a headache begins that I need a dose of Natural Calm. I was dealing with a magnesium deficiency.

Need an adult size?

I love the taste of these -- particularly the orange ones. Very creamsicle like. The texture is a little different but not bad. Much softer and less chewy than a gummy bear.



That said Vita Fusion makes an adult sized square of these in a jar that are much more cost effective if you are taking them to fulfill an adult requirement and not a kid size. They're called VitaFusion Calcium Gummy Vitamins for Adults.

Please try this product

The other reviewer was relating his body's reaction to this product not the actual quality of the product. I have been using this for 4 years in one form or another. I noticed that the first thing that happened was my nails became strong and grew like gang busters! That is a reaction to the product that was a plus for me. I went to the Doctor for my last bone scan and my bones have not gotten any worse and even though barely measurable have actually improved slightly. I can not take the other drugs for density improvement due to side effects and this is at least helping me. This product does what it says it does in the least expensive way. There is no deception here for the sauvy vitamin user.

Read the label people. Every vitamin company I've been a consumer of for the past 40 years has made "entire dosage" statements on the front of the label. Many many companies put their full dosage info into anywhere from 2 to 6 pills per day; this is not unusual -- I don't feel this is a deception. Beware the chews have changed
