The supplement itself seems to be fine. However I was disappointed to learn after receiving my order that the dosage was TWO caplets and not one. The reason I ordered this product was I was attempting to reduce the overall number of pills I was taking.

Excellent calcium source
I've had problems with aching hips and back trouble. I suppose it can't be proven but I sincerely believe taking Citracal Plus Bone Density Builder has made all the difference! My hips no longer hurt and the back has improved greatly!

Good quality product and packaging but the pills are a bit big.
Quality of product and packaging are great. Pills are a bit big though so if you have trouble swallowing big pills then this one is not for you.

Caltrate 600 Plus DThis item was recommended by my doctor for preventing osteoporosis and I bought this pack of 2 for the price of one bottle in my local Safeway store. They are chewable and taste great so I don't mind taking them at all.

An Excellent BlendIn my book the best coffee is to be found in Northern Europe. From The Netherlands through Germany to Denmark coffee is dark aromatic rich and mellow. This blend from Melitta comes as close as any I've found (including several widely available German brands) to replicating the coffee to be found in those countries' coffee houses.
My only complaint is that it's not being given away free. But that's a complaint I have about most things I like!
